“I can’t make
tomorrow’s clean.”
Your AI cleaning coordinator
The back-
and-forth,
handled.
We’re building Control Tower to coordinate with your cleaners, work through schedule changes and carry out approved updates. You stay in charge without managing every message.
operators and teams.
All the way through.
I can’t make Willow Cabin tomorrow. Can someone cover?
You know Willow Cabin and your schedule has room. Can you take 12–2 tomorrow?
Yes, that works for me.
Great, move it to Alex.
Assignment updated. Alex notified.
A simulated workflow. No real messages or assignments.
From the first message
to a confirmed plan.
FOR THE DAYS THAT CHANGE
One change.
A dozen messages.
Checking who’s free. Explaining the job. Chasing a reply.
A change in the schedule can take over your day.
“Who knows
this property?”
“Is everything ready
for our next guest?”
Control Tower is being built to carry that conversation through.
FROM MESSAGE TO NEXT STEP
A cleaner cancels.
The coordination carries on.
From “I can’t make it” to an agreed, updated assignment.
Here’s the workflow we’re building.
A cleaner speaks naturally. Control Tower connects the message to the affected job and works out what needs to happen.
The conversation starts the work.Check who fits the property and the timing. Contact suitable cleaners, handle their replies and follow up when an answer is missing.
A suggestion becomes a conversation.Give any required approval in your own words. Control Tower carries out the agreed change, checks the result and confirms it with the team.
Approval leads to action.A small change.
A few moving pieces.
The right person.
The actual conversation.
A missing reply stays open for follow-up.
Your say.
Then the follow-through.
Alex notified. The new plan is recorded.
Illustrative workflow with fictional data. Live execution is still being validated.
A PLACE FOR EVERY MOVING PIECE
Follow the work.
Skip the chasing.
See what Control Tower is handling, what’s confirmed and where it needs your judgment.
Tomorrow, coordinated.
One change. Handled.
Sam I can’t make Willow Cabin tomorrow.
Control Tower Alex, can you cover 12–2?
Alex Yes, I can.
You Go ahead and move it to Alex.
The conversation, approval and resulting plan stay together.
Every home has its ways.
Willow Cabin
A place for the details that make a stay.
- Leave two fresh towels per guest.
- Check the terrace before leaving.
- Flag missing supplies for the coordinator.
THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN
Delegate the coordination.
Keep your judgment.
We’re building Control Tower to work within your rules, ask when it needs a decision and carry out the approved next step.
Understand the reasoning.
Property experience, availability, timing and workload shape who gets asked. See the reasons behind the next move.
Approve in plain language.
“Yes, move it to Alex.” A natural reply should be enough to authorize a supported change. Step in when judgment is needed.
Know it’s been confirmed.
Keep the reply, approval and resulting assignment together. Make unresolved work visible until the outcome is confirmed.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Let’s clear a few things up.What work will Control Tower take off my plate?
The back-and-forth between a schedule change and a confirmed plan: checking availability, contacting suitable cleaners, handling replies, requesting approval when needed and confirming the resulting assignment. We’re building this for vacation rental operators who coordinate their own cleaning teams.
Does it replace my property management system?
Control Tower is being developed around existing property management systems. Guesty is the initial integration focus, with cleaner coordination and operational oversight as Control Tower’s role. Live integration is still being validated.
Will AI make every decision?
You set the rules and permissions. Control Tower is being built to handle routine coordination within those boundaries, ask for approval where required and execute supported changes after a natural-language reply. You can take over when a decision needs your judgment.
Can I use it with my team today?
Control Tower is in development. This website and its sample workspace demonstrate the intended experience. Live team operations, integrations and reliable delivery still need validation.
MORE ROOM FOR THE HUMAN SIDE
Less chasing.
More handled.
See how one cancellation becomes a confirmed plan,
with your team in the conversation and you in control.
A little perspective.A whole lot of possibility.
